4. Tools and methodologies for improving business processes (LeanSixSigma, Design thinking, BPM, DMN) 

5. Requirements engineering in the context of improving business processes (Functional requirements and non-functional requirements) 

6. Service engineering (service life cycle management, service software engineering) 

7. Requirements modeling for digitalization of business processes  

8. Creation of system and functional specifications of an information system 

9. Frameworks for (business) process orchestration 

10. Software engineering processes in the light of digitalization of business processes (software engineering basics and improvement models products/processes)
