Two full-time PhD positions in artificial intelligence are available within the MSCA-ITN H2020 project Premature newborn motor and cognitive impairments: Early diagnosis (PARENT). The main goal of the project is designing and implementing clinical decision support systems for early detection of motor/cognitive impairments in infants. One of the positions is available through NEUS Diagnostics, a high-tech start-up, and the other with the Faculty of Computer and Information Science at University of Ljubljana (UL). Both students are to be enrolled at UL and will be part of the Artificial Intelligence Laboratory team. The position involves a minimum of two secondments at other partner institutions in the project (in total at least five months).

Both positions offer generous conditions including reimbursement for accommodation in Slovenia, possibility of family allowance, and cover travel costs for secondments and conferences.

Duration: 36 months
Where: Ljubljana, Slovenia
