• Rules for participation in written examinations

Please follow the Rules for participation in written examinations at the Faculty of Computer and Information Science:


  • Students have to use a face mask while in the faculty.
  • No student showing any symptoms of acute respiratory disease may enter the faculty.
  • When entering the faculty take into account the minimal safety distance of 1.5 m immediately (no more than five minutes) before the scheduled examination time and do not crowd outside the faculty.
  • It is possible to enter the building 5 minutes before the examination time. Please do not gather in large groups in front of the faculty.
  • Wash and/or disinfect your hands immediately after entering the faculty building.
  • If you are taking the exam in the faculty garage, enter the garage via the access ramp and sanitise hands immediately after entering the faculty building. You may only enter the garage if the teacher (examination administrator) allows you to do so.
  • The supervisor will guide you to your chair. After sitting please put your personal documents and your student card visible from afar.
  • After sitting, the supervisor will distribute exams with gloves.
  • The supervisor will control use of wearing masks - when entering the examination room, when searching for your chair, when preparing documents and when leaving the room. The face mask can be taken off when writing the exam.
  • The supervisor ventilates the examination room by opening the doors, including the exit doors.
  • After the exam, the supervisors will safely collect written exams. Please follow the supervisors' rules or leave the exams on the table.
